1. About these terms
1.1 Who we are
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the I AM GR8 mobile app ("the app") and the Iamgr8 Academy website at iamgr8.co.uk ("the website"), together "the Platform". The Platform is operated by:

1.2 Agreeing to these Terms
By creating an account, or by downloading or using the app or the website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and have read our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1.3 Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. We will tell you about significant changes by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not accept the changes, you can stop using the Platform and delete your account.
1.4 Where the app is available
The app is currently offered in the United Kingdom only.
2. Who can use the Platform
2.1 Age
- The app is for people aged 7 and over. We ask for your date of birth when you register, and we do not accept anyone under 7.
- If you are under 18, please make sure your parent or guardian has agreed to you using the app and has read these Terms with you.
- If you are under 16, MAC, our AI coach, stays switched off until a parent or guardian gives permission. You can give us their email address inside the app; we send them a link that explains what MAC does with your information, and MAC switches on only if they agree. Everything else in the app works straight away.
- A subscription must be bought by, or with the permission of, the adult who pays the bill.
- Where a school, college or other educational establishment arranges access for its students, the establishment is responsible for having the authority and any parental consent it needs.
A parent or guardian who allows a child to use the app agrees to these Terms on the child's behalf and is responsible for the child's use of the Platform.
2.2 Types of account
When you register you choose how you are joining:
- Individual, for your own use.
- Business or Educational Establishment, as a member of an organisation that has an arrangement with us. You join with the code your organisation gave you. An organisation may also ask us to create accounts for its members, who are then invited by email.
Being a member of an organisation does not by itself include a paid plan.
2.3 Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate information when you register (including your date of birth), to keep your password confidential, to tell us at iamgr8support@reactiv8.org.uk if you think someone else has used your account, and to be responsible for activity under your account. You may hold one personal account, and you may not transfer it to anyone else.
2.4 Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app under You → Delete my account, or by emailing iamgr8support@reactiv8.org.uk. Our Privacy Policy explains what is deleted. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; see section 4.6.
3. What we provide
3.1 The app
I AM GR8 is a personal growth app built on four areas, called stats: Mindset, Money, Network and Health. It provides:
- the GR8 Life Audit, a self-assessment that gives you a GR8 Score and a focus stat;
- missions, each a short film with a quiz, arranged in levels;
- goals you set for yourself, and GR8 Points, streaks and badges that record your progress;
- MAC, an accountability coach whose replies are written by artificial intelligence (see section 6);
- reminders and announcements by push notification, if you allow them.
3.2 The website
The website offers online courses, video lessons, downloadable resources and, where available, community features, and lets anyone take the GR8 Life Audit before creating an account.
3.3 Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Platform available at all times, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, technical failure or events outside our control. We may add, change or remove features and content. We will tell you about changes that significantly affect a plan you are paying for.
3.4 Content is released over time
Levels and missions are released over time. Levels shown as "coming soon" are not yet available, and we do not promise a date for any particular mission.
4. Plans, subscriptions and payment in the app
4.1 GR8 Free and GR8 Plus
- GR8 Free costs nothing. It allows two new missions a day and ten messages to MAC a day.
- GR8 Plus is a paid subscription. It removes the daily limit on missions and on messages to MAC.
The limits that apply are shown in the app and may change; we will tell you before a change reduces what a paid plan includes. A mission you have already completed stays open to you on either plan. To keep MAC available and affordable for everyone, MAC may be paused for all users for a short time if our overall monthly usage limit is reached; this is not a limit on your plan.
4.2 Subscription options and price
GR8 Plus is offered as:

The price shown on the purchase screen before you buy, including VAT, is the price you pay.
4.3 Free trial
New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial of GR8 Plus. Whether a trial is available to you is shown on the purchase screen. One free trial is available per person. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and you are charged the price shown.
4.4 Payment and renewal
- Subscriptions bought in the app are sold through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase. We never receive your card details.
- Your subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If the price changes, the store will tell you in advance and, where the law or the store requires it, ask you to agree before you are charged the new price.
4.5 Managing and cancelling
You can cancel or change your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, which the app opens from You → Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep GR8 Plus until the end of the period you have already paid for and then move to GR8 Free. You keep your account, GR8 Points, streak, goals and badges.
4.6 Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription
Only you can cancel a subscription with the store. Cancel it first, or you will continue to be charged.
4.7 Refunds
- Purchases made through Apple or Google are subject to their refund policies, and refund requests must be made to the store concerned (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google: through Google Play).
- As a consumer in the UK, you may have a right to cancel within 14 days. When you ask for digital content or a digital service to start immediately (including during a free trial), you agree that this right is lost once the supply has begun, to the extent the law allows.
- Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
4.8 Complimentary access
We may give an account GR8 Plus without charge, for example for testing or as part of an arrangement with an organisation. Complimentary access can be withdrawn at any time and has no cash value.
5. Purchases on the website
Courses and memberships sold on the website are paid for by card. The price, any trial period, and how a membership renews are shown at checkout before you pay, and those terms apply to that purchase. Website memberships renew automatically until cancelled in your website account. Website purchases and GR8 Plus in the app are separate: buying one does not include the other.
Purchases are final unless the law gives you a right to cancel or a technical fault on our side prevents access, in which case contact iamgr8support@reactiv8.org.uk.
6. MAC, your AI coach
- MAC is an AI. MAC's replies are written by Claude, an artificial intelligence model made by Anthropic. We instruct it to coach you on the four stats using our mission material. The app asks for your permission before your messages and coaching details are sent to Anthropic, and you can withdraw it at any time under You → Settings → MAC's AI replies. For anyone under 16, a parent or guardian must give this permission, and we recommend they are present when the child uses MAC. Our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is sent.
- MAC can be wrong. Its replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Check anything that matters before relying on it.
- MAC does not give professional advice. It is not a doctor, therapist, lawyer or financial adviser, and it will not give personalised medical or financial advice. If you are worried about your health or safety, contact a qualified professional or the emergency services.
- The number of messages you can send each day depends on your plan and is shown in the app.
- Please do not tell MAC personal or sensitive information about other people, and do not use MAC to produce content that breaks section 9.
- Authorised members of our team may review conversations to keep MAC accurate and safe.
7. The Life Audit, GR8 Points, streaks and badges
- The GR8 Life Audit is a self-assessment based on your own answers. Your GR8 Score is not a diagnosis, a test of ability or a prediction.
- GR8 Points, streaks and badges record your activity in the app. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, goods or services, and cannot be transferred to another account.
- We may change how points, streaks and badges are earned. Points you have already earned are not reduced when we do.
- We may correct points or progress recorded in error or gained by misusing the app.
8. Intellectual property
8.1 Our content
All content on the Platform, including missions, films, course materials, quizzes, text, graphics, logos, the MAC character and software, is owned by or licensed to REACTIV8 THE NATION LIMITED and protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform and its content for your own personal, non-commercial learning.
8.2 Restrictions
Without our written consent you must not copy, record, download, republish, distribute or publicly show our content; use it commercially; remove any ownership notices; reverse engineer the app; or use automated tools to access or extract content.
8.3 Your content
What you write in the app, such as goals, feedback and messages to MAC, remains yours. You give us a licence to store and process it to provide the service to you, and to use feedback you send us to improve the Platform. Where the website lets you post content that others can see, you give us a licence to display it there.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use the Platform to:
- post, send or generate content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence, self-harm or harm to children;
- harass, threaten or impersonate anyone, or share another person's private information without their consent;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- send spam or unsolicited commercial messages;
- introduce malware, try to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the Platform's security or limits, or use automated means to create accounts or earn points;
- share, sell or transfer your account;
- do anything the Apple App Store or Google Play rules prohibit.
If you see content that breaks these rules, report it to iamgr8support@reactiv8.org.uk.
10. Suspension and enforcement
We may review content you submit, remove content that breaks these Terms, and restrict, suspend or close your account for a serious or repeated breach. Where we are required to, we will report unlawful content to the authorities. If you believe we acted in error, you can appeal to iamgr8support@reactiv8.org.uk within 14 days and we will review it.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal data. It is available at iamgr8.co.uk/privacy-policy and in the app.
12. Third-party services
The Platform relies on other companies, including Apple and Google for distribution and payment, and the providers listed in our Privacy Policy. Your use of their services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for websites or services we link to but do not control.
13. Disclaimers and liability
13.1 Educational purpose
The Platform is for education and personal development only. Nothing in it, including missions about money and health and anything MAC says, is medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice. Always take advice from a qualified professional about your own circumstances. Any results you achieve depend on you, and we do not guarantee any outcome.
13.2 Our responsibility to you
We will provide the Platform with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
13.3 Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, data or goodwill;
- our total liability to you is limited to the greater of £100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
13.4 What we do not exclude
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
14. Your responsibility to us
If you break these Terms or the law when using the Platform and we suffer loss as a result, you are responsible for the losses that were a foreseeable consequence of your breach.
15. Ending the agreement
- You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or close your account if you seriously breach these Terms, if the law requires it, or if we close the Platform, giving reasonable notice where we can. If we close the Platform while you hold a paid subscription, you will not be charged for any period after it closes.
- Sections 8, 13, 14 and 17 continue to apply after the agreement ends.
16. Apple and Google
The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Where you downloaded the app from the App Store:
- these Terms are between you and us, not Apple, and we, not Apple, are responsible for the app and its content;
- your licence to use the app is limited to Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service;
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app;
- if the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation;
- we, not Apple, are responsible for any claim relating to the app or your use of it, including product liability, failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection, privacy and intellectual property claims;
- you confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting", and are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties;
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Where you downloaded the app from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your use of Google Play.
If these Terms conflict with a store's own terms, the store's terms apply to your relationship with that store.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
Please contact us first at iamgr8support@reactiv8.org.uk so that we can try to resolve any complaint informally.
18. Events outside our control
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, epidemics, industrial action, infrastructure failure or the acts of third-party service providers.
19. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Platform.
- Severability. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a term, we may still enforce it later.
- Transfer. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours to another organisation that will continue to honour them.
- Third parties. No one other than you and us has rights under these Terms, except Apple and Google as set out in section 16.
